| News |
NEW: A few pictures from SEUS 2008 have been posted here. NEW: Authors of selected high quality regular papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Software NEW: The proceedings are available on-line on the Springer web site. |
| Overview |
Embedded and ubiquitous computing systems have considerably increased their scope of application over the past few years, and they include nowadays also mission- and business- critical scenarios. The advances call for a variety of compelling issues, including dependability, real-time, autonomy, resource constraints, seamless interaction, etc.
SEUS 2007, the first edition sponsored by IFIP, was held in conjunction with the IEEE Int'l Symposium on Object/component/service-oriented Real-time Distributed Computing (ISORC). SEUS 2008 will be held as a stand-alone event for the first time and sponsored by IFIP WG10.2.
